Returns
We hope you love your Keep + Kind purchase. If it’s not quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns received outside this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging where applicable, with all labels, tags and protective sleeves attached.
- Returns that are incomplete, damaged or not in a resalable condition may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
UK Returns
To return an item, please use our returns portal to register the return.
For convenience, a collection service can be arranged during the returns process.
- A £2.99 returns fee applies. This is a contribution towards return postage and restocking costs.
- If you choose store credit, the returns fee will be waived. Once selected and issued, store credit is final and cannot subsequently be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are usually processed within three working days of receiving your return. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Please note:
- Bank and finance provider processing times vary.
- Refunds typically appear 3–5 working days after processing.
Exchanges
We are not currently able to facilitate exchanges.
Store credit is available during the returns process and waives the return fee. Once selected and issued, store credit is final and cannot subsequently be refunded.
International Returns (EU & Worldwide)
Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage.
- All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please email us to request the correct return address before sending your return.
If an international order is:
- Refused due to customs or import charges, or
- Not collected and returned to sender
Any return shipping costs, customs charges and administrative fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
For EU customers, eligible orders are generally shipped using IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop). This means VAT is collected at checkout in advance for qualifying shipments. Please see our FAQ page for further information.
