Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Keep + Kind purchase. If it’s not quite right, you may return items within 30 days. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging if applicable, with all labels attached.
- Returns that are incomplete or unsaleable may be rejected.
- In such cases, all or part of the refund may be withheld.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
UK Returns
To return an item, please use this returns link to register the return.
For ease of return, a collection service can be arranged once the return is submitted.
- A £2.99 returns fee applies. This fee is a contribution towards the return postage and restocking fees.
- If you choose store credit, the returns fee will be waived.
Refunds
Refunds are usually processed within three working days of receiving your return. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.
Please note:
- Bank and finance provider processing times vary.
- Refunds typically appear 3–5 working days after processing.
International Returns (EU & Worldwide)
We are currently unable to facilitate international returns.
- All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please email us to request the correct return address
If an international order is:
- Refused due to customs or import charges, or
- Not collected and returned to sender
The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any administrative fees, which will be deducted from the refund.
