DELIVERY & RETURNS

Keep + Kind offers Royal Mail tracked 24 & 48 services, DPD and Special Delivery to destinations across the UK.

We are trialling tracked delivery to select European countries, note any local tax or custom duty is the responsibility of the purchaser. For other countries outside of the UK, pricing will be provided on request. If a customer refuses their shipment due to customs duty costs, they will be responsible for administrative charges levied by international delivery companies which will be deducted from the refund.

We aim to dispatch within one to two working days and use the Royal Mail 24 or 48 fully tracked service as standard, this means your order will usually be with you within two to four working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). If you require your order sooner, please get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.

Please note:

Orders received after midday (12:00pm), or during especially busy periods, may not be sent on the same business day.
We are a small business, this means we sometimes do not work on a Saturday morning. Therefore, items ordered after 12pm on a Friday, may not be sent until Monday.

DELIVERY COSTS:

RM48: £3.95 for Royal Mail 48-hour delivery from dispatch (working days only). Service includes Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Channel Islands; however, these locations may take slightly longer. Parcels addressed to Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man will be tracked up to acceptance into the territory.
RM24: £4.95 for Royal Mail 24-hour delivery from dispatch (working days only). Service includes Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Channel Islands; however, these locations may take slightly longer. Parcels addressed to Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man will be tracked up to acceptance into the territory
RM Special Delivery by 1pm Next Working Day (Monday - Friday): £10 for up to 2kg. There are exceptions for some postcodes see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
RM Special Delivery by End of Next Day: £10 for up to 2kg. There are exceptions for some postcodes, see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
DPD: £5.95 - delivery in 1 to 2 working days.

Free RM48 Delivery over £60

Free standard delivery is available on orders over £60 to England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, and Isle of Man.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We hope you're happy with your Keep + Kind purchase. If you've decided it's not quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase.

Items MUST be returned in any original packaging with all labels attached. Please use this link for Royal Mail returns (collections can be arranged).

If you would like to use an alternative method, please return the items to Keep + Kind, PO Box 469, Lymington, SO41 1GE, United Kingdom. The sender is responsible for postage costs.
